Hi, I’m Elizabeth Brinlee—and for over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent development, culture, and strategy, guiding leaders and organizations through change, growth, and transformation. Whether I’m designing an enterprise leadership development strategy, coaching an executive team, or facilitating a workshop that sparks new insight, my goal is always the same: to unlock potential, elevate performance, and create experiences that lead to meaningful and measurable impact.

I’ve led large-scale talent development efforts at global companies, built learning and coaching functions from the ground up, and partnered with leaders across industries—from cybersecurity and SaaS to research and retail.
